This kit is for replacing the mesh portion of your Euromesh seat. It includes the mesh (shown), extra-wide zip ties. Instructions can be found here.
Note, this kit will NOT work on older Euromesh seats with the rounded seat pan. This will only work on the newer seats with the pointed seat pan. There are no kits available for the older seat.
